BIO-ALCAMID® Face RINNOVA is a special formula of Bio-Alcamid® created to provide a solution to drug-induced lipo-atrophy disease.
BIO-ALCAMID® Face RINNOVA is an injectable compound: thanks to its excellent bio-mimetism, it can be used to substitute human body fat as the first form of "synthetic fat". Not only it compensates for a lack of fatty tissue but it assumes the same "lobate three-dimensional" shape.
The clinical result is obtained through the subsequent development of a permanent fibrous capsule around it, making this product a genuine injectable prosthesis. This feature allows BIO-ALCAMID® Face RINNOVA to be injected up to several hundreds of ml under the skin, with no risk of rejection or chronic inflammatory response.

BIO-ALCAMID® Face RINNOVA is a homogeneous, polymeric macromolecular hydrogel containing 4% synthetic cross-linked amide-imide alkyl type polymer (poly-Alkyl-lmide), while the remaining 96% is non pyrogenic water.
